We worked with Lulu, who listened to us and helped us select a car that fits our life style. It was wonderful to have options laid out and explanations on what certain packages had. Lulu always explained the packages as they would fit our needs including packages that were bad fits (like stronger engine for towing). No pressure sales and she worked with my chaotic schedule.

Overall I had a great experience buying my first Subaru at Hick’s Family Subaru. Ciarra Gonzales was my sales professional and it was amazing. They didn’t pressure me into making a rushed decision and were very knowledgeable about the cars and all of their features. Whats to say...took care of my ride and i sat in a comfortable area and waited..i was upgraded on status and was offered additional options..they did a great oil change and rotated tires and checked over the car...i left filling confident my ride is good to go

I was having intermittent problems with my cruise control, Hicks service department was very helpful and considerate. Although they couldn’t pinpoint the issue (of course it worked just fine the day of my appointment), they made note of the issue and said to return if it happened again! I was very happy with my visit!

Stopped in for an oil/filter change and check-up. Did some of the additional suggested maintenance stuff. All at less $ than I could do it myself. Then they washed and vacuumed it, then changed my safety sticker for me. Love my crosstrek and so does Hicks. (:

Most staff are very knowledgeable. Some are not. My sales person Lulu ( I concluded my purchase with her) was wonderful. 4 stars because on the day I went to look at cars, I was there over 4 hours and there seemed to be too much back and forth and not enough concern for my time. Totally different and better vibe on the day that I picked my new Outback up.

Professional, honest & know the cars. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I wanted a base model the sales woman shoed me what she had used, honed in on exactly what my needs were. Told me they didn't have it in used, showed me the price difference between what they had used and what they had new on the lot. Gave me space to decide. Excellent saleswoman
KC was such a fun and knowledgeable person to work with! She helped get us a great deal on a trade in for my former crostrek and got me out the door in a newer beautiful outback. It was our second time buying from the dealership and probably won’t be the last! KC was efficient with all things technical and was really a joy to work with! The team was able to get the model and color I wanted within two days. Veronica was attentive and friendly. She was genuinely interested in what I was looking for and did not try to steer me towards items in the current inventory. The sales manager, Kelly was friendly and efficient. My Outback was ready when they said it would be. All in all, an excellent buying experience. Job well done.

Generally have received good service with this dealership until recently. Suggest a review of managerial supervision and some inspection of the maintenance department. There seems to be breakdowns in communication between maintenance and service departments. They made our issue right, but the inconvenience and wait raised some trust issues. On the same day, we witnessed failure in sales as well. We had a great salesperson, but the sales manager shot her and us in the foot by ignoring our parameters for down payment, trade-in, and payment schedule and had her present a sales package 360 degrees the other way. Truly surprised at how simple and straightforward the process was with Ed Hicks dealership in buying our new Subaru. We had visited a couple of different dealerships in Houston and were appalled by being lied to by salesperson and just the game playing like we were at a blackjack table making deals. It is absolutely refreshing to deal with a dealership that has integrity and was straightforward and honest and everything that we asked about.
Clint and other associates are very nice, very helpful and patient with all my questions.

Subaru offers a great experience with their professional sale staff. The Outback was impeccably clean at pickup. Today I picked up my tags and inspection sticker where the tags were installed.

I made an appointment to have a recall fixed for my Subaru.The staff @Hick's Subaru went above and beyond to make it actually an enjoyable experience, in addition to repair. A shuttle driver took us to a store we wanted to visit, while repair was done and picked us up when stated. They offered a wash &vacuum, much appreciated! Would look forward to visiting their dealership again!
The experience was great. Fast friendly service. No pressure sale. When we couldn't quite afford the model we were looking at, they find another model with every safety feature the higher model had. The staff were great... sales rep Jessica, Finance Officer Kelly, and General Manager, Ernest. Five stars!!!

Scheduled one of our free maintenance service with them and it was pretty smooth. The place is a bit smaller than other dealerships in houston or san antonio (where we also had experience w/ maintenance and windshield repair) i appreciate that they have a small space to keep our toddler entertained for the most part. The service guys too are fast and good. I was just a bit concerned and confused when i read that little paper descrbing what was done and checked, there were 2 areas that apparently needed attention on our car (dirty engine filter and rear wheel alignments) ...

I recently got a used car about a week ago. The sales people were nice and understanding. But I was told that I had new tires and an alignment but it never got done. A couple days after I got my car the battery died and I had to get a new one. But besides that it’s a nice buisness and they care about their people. I would recommend this place to someone.

I traded in my 2017 Subaru Impreza for a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek 11/29. I was nervous about it but had a great experience. Daniel Perez was a great salesman. Very attentive, helpful and patient. Mrs O’Brien was also very helpful in the financial process. I enjoyed my experience at Hicks and would definitely go back in the future.
